Other people’s bowel movements smeared on the bathroom doors, bathroom in general smells horrible like it’s never cleaned, merchandise is dusty, aisles blocked by overflowing inventory…. This store is a hot mess. Pinnacle location is much better.

This Michael's is a clean, bright, cheerful, orderly, and well-stocked store. It has an endless selection of supplies for every creative artistic craft project or fine art endeavor you can think of. They are now set up with self check out stations, too. The prices are very reasonable, and on top of that, they are always offering a variety of special discounts throughout their inventory. If you dont already have a creative project underway, stop by and get inspired! A visit here will definitely give you all sorts of great ideas. Michael's has everything you could possibly need to make your imagination come to life.

I haven't been to Michael's in several years and on a recent visit to grab some art supplies that I need immediately (I usually order my supplies), I was horrified at the condition of the store. Normally for an emergency art supply run, I would have went to Hobby Lobby, but it was a Sunday afternoon. The store was in total disarray - there were have emptied boxes sitting all over and at one point in my trek to the back of the store, I had to detour because the whole aisle was blocked. I couldn't find what I was looking for (again very vague supplies) and had to settle for something that cost twice as much as I would have paid on Amazon. Then when I got to the checkout, they only had self-checkout open. There was a young employee at the end of checkouts who was totally oblivious to the fact that I was having issues even though she was only a few feet from me. Apparently I could scan until input in my email and phone number and she had to override this so I could continue checking out. All-in-all, it was a horrible experience and I will never set foot inside a Michael's again.

Have to say, I was lucky the day we went. I was looking for room organizers, didn't find what I needed, I did see some Christmas items. I seen an associate making a box and asked him what % was off on those items. He said if you wait a minute I am going to fill this box and sell it for $10. I was happy about that. Then he said what was you wanting. I said a couple of this wire ribbon. He through the whole tray if ribbon in it! 29 rolls, $12 a roll!!! He said what else!!! I got 2 of the greenry wire wreaths, a bag of scented pinecone, and several of floral items. Win! Win for me. Thank you Michaels. Being I live in SS only. This was a blessing!
